Shipping & Delivery

Right now, we’re focused on home turf 🇦🇺 — so we ship within Australia only.

Australian Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all Australian orders.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to keep things moving fast. If something unexpected causes a delay, we’ll reach out and keep you in the loop.

Failed Delivery

Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout and include any helpful delivery instructions.

If a delivery can’t be completed due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address details

  • no one available to receive the parcel

  • multiple failed delivery attempts

your order may be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply before we can resend it.

Once an order is marked as delivered, it’s the customer’s responsibility (or that of a nominated receiver) to ensure it’s collected safely. Milk Eyewear Pty Ltd can’t be held responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered but not received.
