Refunds, Returns & Warranty

At Milk Eyewear Pty Ltd, we stand by our frames. If something’s not right, we’ll help sort it, simple as that.

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? No stress.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is organised and paid for by the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose:

    • a refund, or

    • an exchange or store credit of equal value.

Warranty & Faults

We offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects.

This includes:

  • faults in frames or components caused during production.

This does not include:

  • scratched or damaged lenses

  • general wear and tear

  • damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care

  • packaging damage

All returned items are inspected. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your item, our call, based on what makes most sense.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You’re entitled to:

  • a replacement or refund for a major failure, and

  • compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If the issue isn’t major, you’re still entitled to a repair or replacement if the product isn’t of acceptable quality.

Proof of Purchase

Please keep your proof of purchase, it’s required for all returns and warranty claims.
